Career Ladder FAQs

Instructor must be certified in the appropriate subject area to participate. NO sub certification or temporary certification will be accepted. 

No, these hours will be separate. DGH must be completed before Career Ladder or Salary Advancement.

Career Ladder monies will be paid out once a year, at the end of our year (June).

Yes, 60% of your hours must include student contact in order to be eligible for compensation.

Plans will be collected at the building level and checked for compliance. Plans will be double checked by a district committee and approved or denied based on the activities presented.
