Willard students, families, and community members—

On behalf of the school district and administrative staff, I would like to introduce to you a theme you will start noticing throughout the year. As we move forward with some new faces, our mission will always remain the same—to grow student leaders to become life-ready graduates.

In order to fulfill our mission, it is imperative we develop a system of support to lead, serve, and protect our staff and students. You will start to notice a phrase that we will use throughout the years to come to remind us of our mission and our commitment to fulfill it.

Our hope is to be a united front of students, employees, board members, families, and community members working towards our common goal. We wanted to give a brand to the slogan, and with the help of our community, we landed on the following direction:
