Cross Country Summer Information 2019



*Summer practices are not required to be a part of the fall middle school cross country team; however, they are highly encouraged! If you can only come 2-3 days a week, that is totally fine! The main idea is for you to get as much running in this summer as possible.

*High school coaches Matthews and Mauschbaugh are in charge of summer workouts. The middle school head coach Deb Salmans will be there also.


Practice Schedule

*Practices will be Monday-Friday at the high school starting June 3rd at 6 am every day. Usually practices last 30 minutes- 1 hour. Practices will be at 6 am all of June.


*Practices will be Monday-Friday in July (no practice July 4) starting July 1 at 7 am. Practices will be at 7 am all of July.
