Life-Ready Graduates
Janetta Garton, Coordinator of Instructional Innovation, shared the evolution of Digital Citizenship Week (October 14-18) throughout our District. District computer lab instructors, librarians, and teachers have shared responsible digital citizenship activities with several classes this week.
The Board of Education recognized Willard Intermediate School- North 5th grader, Ruby Bagley, for her sharing her 7 Habits experience at the Missouri School Board Association Annual Conference this fall.
Mr. Matt Young gave an update of the Facility Planning Committee progress. The committee has assessed needs of 3 of the 9 academic buildings with more tours planned for the end of October and throughout the winter.

Board Excellence Award
Long-time Board of Education member, Jeff Baker, was awarded the Board Excellence Award for his many years of service to the students of Willard Schools! Thank you, Mr. Baker, for your consistent support of Willard learners!
