Dr. Matt Teeter Named 2019 "Superintendent to Watch" by NSPRA
We're thrilled to congratulate our Superintendent, Dr. Matt Teeter, for being named a 2019 "Superintendent to Watch" by the National School Public Relations Association! He is one of only 25 superintendents in the United States to receive this honor in 2019!
As described by NSPRA, each year the National School Public Relations Association recognizes up to 25 superintendents as "Superintendents to Watch." Honorees are school district leaders who have fewer than five years of experience as a superintendent and who demonstrate dynamic, fast-paced leadership with strong communication at its core. They use communication technology in innovative and effective ways to engage and inform their school communities and to expand two-way communication and outreach efforts. At the Willard R-II School District, student safety is paramount. Reports of bullying are, and have always been, taken seriously and investigated. If you have knowledge of a bullying situation you are encouraged to promptly report such incident to a school employee, including specifically the Assistant Superintendent or Building Principal.
