As we wrap up our 2020-21 school year, please read this important information regarding your student’s Willard Schools issued device.
For all buildings: If your family has checked out an Internet hotspot this school year, please plan to return that to your student’s building by May 27th.
PreK-6: Each building will coordinate summer device collection. Please stay tuned for information from your building regarding your student’s device and charger to be returned before May 28th.
Willard Middle School 7-8: Device returns are scheduled for Wednesday, May 26th. Please be sure to send your students device AND charger to school for check-in.
Willard High School 9-11: For the first time, we are all allowing our high school students the option to continue using their school issued devices for summer learning with a device “verification” rather than return. Device verification is to ensure your student has the correct device and charger, in working order, and to reissue that device to your student for the 2021-2022 school year. Device verification will take place on Tuesday, May 18th.
*Any high school student that DOES NOT want to keep their device over the summer is welcome to return their device to the depot in room 155 after finals. It will be reissued to them at the beginning of the school year.

At the Willard R-II School District, student safety is paramount. Reports of bullying are, and have always been, taken seriously and investigated. If you have knowledge of a bullying situation you are encouraged to promptly report such incident to a school employee, including specifically the Assistant Superintendent or Building Principal.
