Due to current circumstances in regards to the COVID-19, the Willard Schools will not allow the use of any of our indoor facilities to any outside group, youth group, and/or club use. Use of facilities will be limited to those activities that are considered “in-season” by MSHSAA by recommendation from our Springfield-Greene County Health Department.
The restriction has been put into place for the district’s custodial staff to clean and disinfect all buildings in the district and keep those buildings as a safe and healthy environment for our students when they return to school.
Those “in-season” activities will mostly occur in an outdoor setting, minus inclement weather, and in groups smaller than 50 which is the current recommendation of the CDC and Springfield- Greene County Health Department. We will make further announcements as guidance is given.

At the Willard R-II School District, student safety is paramount. Reports of bullying are, and have always been, taken seriously and investigated. If you have knowledge of a bullying situation you are encouraged to promptly report such incident to a school employee, including specifically the Assistant Superintendent or Building Principal.
