Important 2022-2023 Update
School Meal Programs across the country will return to normal (pre-pandemic) procedures for the 2022-2023 school year as the Covid-19 USDA waivers expired on June 30, 2022. This means breakfast and lunch meals are no longer free to all students but will be based on income eligibility.
Willard parents, there are still options for you. For more information and access to the Free & Reduced Meal Application, see the link below:

TITAN School Solutions
Willard Public School’s Food Service Department is proud to announce that we will be using TITAN School Solutions for Menus, Online Payments, Point of Sale, and Free/Reduced Meal Applications. The TITAN Family Portal is a secure, online system that allows parents/guardians 24 hour mobile access to their student's food service needs.
What can TITAN School Solutions do:
- Make an online payment to their children’s cafeteria meal accounts
- View menus and allergy/nutritional information (see more info below)
- Remotely monitor their children’s accounts
- Setup automatic recurring payments
- Set up low balance e-mail message alerts
- Transfer balances between children
- Submit online application for free and/or reduced meals
In order to have a profile for your student in the TITAN School Solutions you must use the student lunch PIN.
The Titan Family Portal offers parent/guardian(s) and staff a secure and convenient way to deposit money into your student's account using your bank account or credit card. There is a flat fee of $2.60 to make a payment on your child's account. All other features are free. Click here to download the free app in the Apple or Google Play store.

How can I apply for free/reduced meals on Titan?
You can apply two ways:
- Go to family.titank12.com and click on Apply for Meal Today and complete the process.
- If you have already registered for a TITAN account and have logged in, you can click on Meal Application and + New Meal Application.

How will I find out the status of my free/reduced meal application?
The district will notify you within 10 school days, either by email or letter. If you have not received a notice, please contact Willard’s Food Service Department directly at 417-742-2584.
TITAN School Solutions cannot provide you with this information.
