All new and returning students in need of school transportation must complete the following forms. Even if your child has previously ridden the bus, you will still need to fill out the Request for Bus Transportation. To request Bus Transportation for Special Education or Early Childhood, contact the Special Services Department at 417-742-0841.

The Willard Public School District operates a meal assistance program, which complies with federal guidelines. It's easy (and fast!) to apply for meal assistance, free, or reduced meal price meals for our breakfast and lunch programs. Willard Public schools kindly asks every family to complete a Free & Reduced Meal Application. 

Information provided on the application is confidential and will be used only for the purpose of determining eligibility. If possible, please fill out the form online through the LINQ Connect Portal. For a hard copy, click here. The district will notify you within 10 school days, either by email or letter, if you qualify for free or reduced meals. If you do not receive a notice after 10 days, please contact Willard Nutrition Services Department at 417-742-2584.

Missouri Law requires children enrolled in Kindergarten through 12th grade to be immunized against certain preventable diseases. Updated immunization records are required for students entering kindergarten, 8th grade, and 12th grade. All students must present documentation of an up-to-date immunization status, including month, day, and year of each immunization before attending school. For additional information or questions, please contact Cindy Henslee, RN, Director of Health Services at 417-742-3524.

Complete the Willard School District Health Information Form. This health form must be submitted each school year. Please note that there is no way to submit it directly online. You must download and complete the form and email/fax/mail it to your students' school nurse or drop off a hard copy.

Text and Call: Important notifications, including urgent communications like weather-related closures, are sent via automated calls and text messages. All phone numbers provided to the district through our student information system will automatically be signed up to receive voice calls and text messages from the district and specific buildings which your student attends. 

To ensure you're don't miss important updates, it's critical that we have your most current contact information on file in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. If your phone number, email address, or other contact details have changed, please contact our District Office to make updates.
