Strategic Plan

We are thrilled to announce the introduction of our new district strategic plan, which will guide our efforts over the next five years to achieve our mission of growing life-ready learners. As you know, our district serves 4,700 students and 700 staff members, and we are committed to providing a high-quality education to each and every one of them.

A strategic plan is an essential tool for any organization, and is particularly crucial for school districts. A well-crafted plan ensures that we have a clear vision of where we want to go and a roadmap for how to get there. It allows us to align our efforts, prioritize our resources, and measure our progress. A strategic plan also enables us to engage all stakeholders in the process, ensuring that everyone has a voice in shaping the future of our district.

Our new district strategic plan is the result of a thorough and inclusive process that engaged all stakeholder groups. We gathered input from parents, students, staff, community members, and other key partners to ensure that our plan reflects the needs and aspirations of our community. The plan is built around three pillars: Success-Ready Students, Strategic Leadership, and Skilled Workforce.

Our district strategic plan is a living document that will guide our efforts over the next five years. We will regularly review and update the plan to ensure that it remains relevant and responsive to the needs of our district.
