Invitation to Bid for April 2025 Bond Ballot Roof Projects
The Willard R-II School District, Willard, Missouri (“District”), is seeking sealed bid(s) for multiple roof projects as part of a bond issue. The District reserves the right to terminate the resulting agreement in the event of an unsuccessful bond issue. The bond issue will go before patrons on April 1, 2025.
All proposals must be submitted to the Assistant Superintendent of Operations, Cathy Shoup, Willard R-II School District, 500 E. Kime St., Willard, MO 65781, by 3:00 p.m. Monday, December 16, 2024, in a sealed envelope marked “Roof Project” in the lower left-hand corner. Further information can be found here.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at Willard Intermediate North School, 407 S. Farmer Road, Willard, MO 65802.

Request for Proposal for Synthetic Fields
The Willard R-II School District is seeking sealed bid(s) for multiple synthetic turf projects as part of an April 2025 bond issue.
All proposals must be submitted to the Asst. Superintendent of Operations, Cathy Shoup, Willard R-II School District, 500 E Kime St, Willard, MO 65781, by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2024. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelop marked "Synthetic Field Projects" in the lower left-hand corner.
Bidders must submit one (1) copy of their bid. An authorized officer of the company submitting the bid must sign all submissions. All prices and notations must be ink or typewritten. Mistakes must be crossed out, corrections typed adjacent, and initiated in ink by the person signing the Invitation to Bid. Further information can be found here.
