RFQs, Bids, and Notices

Willard Public Schools is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional services providers for the purposes of providing Architectural, Engineering, and/or Land Surveying services, including Testing & Balancing and Commissioning services, for the following Proposed 2025 Bond Projects:

• Multipurpose Gymnasium at East Elementary
• Secure entry at the High School
• Middle School renovations
• Synthetic Athletic Fields
• Roof Replacements throughout the district
• building improvements throughout the district
• Circulation improvements
• Other possible projects as determined by the District.

The SOQ shall be completed in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Qualifications. The SOQ shall be received by the District no later than 3:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, August 22, 2024.

The Willard R-II School District (“District”) will accept qualifications for professional architectural, engineering design, and/or land surveying services, including testing & balancing, and commissioning services, as described in the attached request. Qualified firms are invited to submit qualifications
through a formal proposal, which must be sent to the District’s Assistant Superintendent of Operations, Cathy Shoup.

Proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday August 22, 2024, and be in accordance with the specifications and needs as described herein.

Selection of the best qualified firm is planned for the September 3, 2024 Board of Education meeting. This Request for Qualifications will be referred to as Exhibit A in the final contract between the District and the selected firm.

Qualified firms submitting proposals will be required to keep their proposals in effect for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the opening of proposals.
