The Care to Learn Willard Chapter helps Willard students with emergent health, hunger, and hygiene needs. This can range from a toothbrush to a weekend backpack of food. Established in 2012, Willard Care to Learn has helped Willard students more than 50,000 times to meet those needs.
Willard School social workers, Chrysta Forrest and Merikate Alexander, help to facilitate the services for our Willard Schools families. Partnering with community members, local churches, in addition to fundraisers like the Willard Turkey trot, the Willard Care to Learn chapter helps support hundreds of Willard families each year.
