2023-24 Health Insurance Open Enrollment Information
As you all know, we have made the switch to a new Health Insurance provider, Show Me Benefits Consortium. As such, everyone is required to re-enroll to ensure they do not lose coverage. This is a 100% enrollment with a representative. This year’s retirees do need to enroll. Staff who are not returning to Willard next year do not need to enroll. Open enrollment is May 1 - May 12, 2023.
New benefits will take effect July 1, 2023.
The schedule for open enrollment sign-ups will be provided to building administration, who will coordinate the sign-up process. Additionally, benefit booklets will be distributed in the buildings prior to open enrollment.
Anyone who is interested in discussing their info on a one on one basis, contact Benefits Coordinator, Shelly Vaughn, or your Health Plan Management Group. It’s best to familiarize yourself with what you are currently enrolled in prior to this meeting, so you don't feel rushed and can get all your questions answered within the allotted time.
