We are so excited to have you join our community. Calling or visiting the District Office is the initial step toward enrollment in the Willard Public School District. What documents do I need to enroll my student?
The following documents are required for enrollment and may be submitted electronically. If you are not able to upload the documents electronically, please call the Willard District Office (417-742-2584) to schedule a time to come in.
- Proof of Residency - must provide one of the following documents that are dated within the last 60 days, lists the SERVICE address, company’s name, and the parent/guardian's name. (required). If you need to complete a multifamily form, please contact the District Office at 417-742-2584.
- Utility Bill/Agreement
- Lease Agreement/ Rental Receipt
- Mortgage Statement
- Legal Property Description-Deed
- Real Estate Property Tax Receipt
- Birth Certificate (or copy)
- Social Security Card (or copy)
- Up-to-date Immunization Record

Who should I contact to answer my questions about enrolling my child?
For new and returning students attending Willard Public Schools, please call the District Office at 417-742-2584 or email enroll@willardschools.net with any questions regarding the enrollment process. You will then be directed on next steps.

How do I know which school my student will attend?

Willard School District Health Information Form
Complete the Willard School District Health Information Form. This health form must be submitted each school year. Please note that there is no way to submit it directly online. You must download and complete the form and email/fax/mail it to your students' school nurse or drop off a hard copy.

Transportation Request Form
All new and returning students in need of school transportation must complete the following forms. Even if your child has previously ridden the bus, you will still need to fill out the Request for Bus Transportation.

Free & Reduced Lunch Application - Coming July 2023
All Willard families are encouraged to complete the Free & Reduced Lunch Application form, which will be available July 1, 2023. Even if you do not qualify, your record may benefit Willard students and its programs.
Information provided on the application is confidential and will be used only for the purpose of determining eligibility. If possible, please fill the form out online through the LINQ Connect Portal. The district will notify you within 10 school days, either by email or letter, if you qualify for free or reduced meals. If you do not receive a notice after 10 days, please contact Willard Food Service Department at 417-742-2584.

2023-2024 Missouri School Immunization Requirements

Missouri Law requires children enrolled in Kindergarten through 12th grade to be immunized against certain preventable diseases. Updated immunization records are required for students entering kindergarten, 8th grade, and 12th grade. All students must present documentation of an up-to-date immunization status, including month, day, and year of each immunization before attending school.
