All of Willard’s insurance plans will temporarily enroll newborns for the first 31 days regardless
of whether or not the employee has family coverage. If the newborn child is not enrolled in the
plan within 31 days of the date of birth, there will be no further payment from the plan and the
parent will be responsible for all other costs.
