Willard South Elementary	Multipurpose Safe Room, Classroom and Restroom Block Addition; Kitchen Addition; Administration and Secure Entry Additions; Renovation of Existing Administration into Expanded Nurse Suite, Work Room and Speech Classroom
Willard Central Elementary	School-wide HVAC and Membrane Roofing Replacement; Multipurpose Safe Room Addition; Classroom Addition with four Kindergarten Classrooms
	Original Scope included two Pre-K/Kindergarten classrooms; the revised plans include four. Essential Skills to be relocated within existing school without revisions to building. Secure Entry by Owner.
Willard High School	Multipurpose Safe Room, Lobby, Locker Rooms, Storage
	Original Scope included Multipurpose Safe Room with Viewing Area; Lobby; Lockers Rooms. NO site work was included. SD Proposal was two-story multipurpose with single story safe room and single-story multipurpose area. REVISED SD Proposal was reduced to single-story safe room project with view area, lobby, locker rooms and public restrooms.

Willard Middle School	Relocation of Administration to School Entry; Secure Entry; Centralized Administration and Counseling Services; Expanded Nursing Suite; Relocated SRO; Replacement of Undersized Classrooms with Expanded Classrooms; Relocation of Media Center; Added Student & Staff Courtyard Entry Points.
