  • WILLARD NORTH NATIVE SON, INSPIRES NEXT GENERATION

Former Willard North Elementary Tiger, BJ Flores, returned to talk to students in the same cafeteria that he once ate lunch in everyday. Currently the 4th ranked contender in his division, Flores spoke to the kids about the importance of, not only dreaming, but putting action and hard work behind those actions in order make those dreams a reality. After the appearance, Flores was off to commentate an NBC nationally televised fight, which he does frequently on NBC and ESPN. Willard North thanks BJ for taking the time to inspire and encourage our students!

From the Principal

  • Mrs. Hambey's Hub

Willard North had a wild and crazy week celebrating Read Across America Week! We had read to a buddy day, crazy hair day, dress as your favorite storybook character day, and hat day. The 3rd graders performed "All That Jazz" on Thursday night. It was a great performance and the students had a blast. Thank you to Mrs. Reed and the students for all of their hard work. Have a wonderful spring break! Amanda Hambey, Principal
